Overflow Food Distribution Programs

at Mission 25:35

Fighting Food Insecurity with Compassion, Consistency, & Community Connection.

The Overflow Food Distribution Program is a joint venture between Mission 25:35 and Chosen Generation Evangelistic Ministries that addresses food insecurity across Southeast Texas by providing nutritious food, hygiene essentials, and community resource connections to families in need. Each month, our team and volunteers serve more than 350 families through both drive-through distribution and direct delivery to seniors, veterans, and homebound residents. Overflow goes beyond food. Every delivery is a reminder that our community cares.

Overflow is dedicated to serving families across Port Arthur, Beaumont, and the Southeast Texas region. We reach:

  • Families facing food insecurity impacted by rising costs or limited benefits

  • Seniors, veterans, and disabled residents with transportation or mobility barriers

  • Individuals on fixed incomes needing consistent monthly assistance

  • Working parents and caregivers who struggle to stretch their income

Each household receives more than food. They gain access to resources that help them thrive long-term.

Overflow delivers more than supplies. It provides stability, dignity, and hope. Each month, our volunteers distribute essential items and connect families with supportive resources.

  • Nutritious food boxes with pantry staples, canned goods, and fresh produce

  • Hygiene kits with personal and household care items

  • Seasonal support for holidays, storm recovery, and weather emergencies

  • Resource connections to job readiness, financial wellness, and mental-health support
